After years of managing complex construction projects worldwide, BiltOn’s founders—Omer Slavin, Asaf Guter, Shir Mautner, and Dekel Schwarzmann—saw firsthand the challenges contractors face with compliance, safety, and legal requirements. The constant hurdles were costly and risked derailing projects.
